James and Jennifer Gilbert of Fox 45 News will be the Masters of Ceremonies for the Department of Veterans Affairs National Salute to Volunteers to be held at the Baltimore Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall in Baltimore, Maryland.

2009

December 16 – January 4

James and Lissa will leave on a holiday tour of military bases in Germany, Italy, and Spain.  They  have been on a number of tours for the USO and Armed Forces Entertainment over the years.  This is their second holiday tour for Armed Forces Entertainment.  James is spending his 8th holiday abroad with the troops.  This is his 16th trip to greet our troops and their families.

October 3

James will attend an event for Autism Speaks at the Santa Monica Auditorium.

September 27

James will be a presenter at the Heroes and Legends Dinner.  James received the Heroes and Legends Lifetime Achievement Award in Entertainment in 2003.

September 25

James will be a keynote speaker in Las Vegas for the Veteran’s Administration meeting for the VA’s Volunteer Services.  James is the National Spokesperson for the Department of Veterans Affairs Hospitalized Veterans.  He will speak at the HIlton Hotel.

September 6

James and Lissa will present their solo plays at the Cape May Theater in Cape May New Jersey.  Lissa will appear in “A Woman of Independent Means” on Saturday, Sept. 5 and James will present his award winning “I, Too, Am America.”

August 2 – August 7

James appears at the 20th Black Theatre Festival in Winston-Salem, NC.  James will be part of a soap opera panel and will appear at other events during the week.
